Position: Filières agricoles et alimentaires de proximité
Qualification: ISARA (Développement des Territoires Ruraux - Gestion de projet) & ESA Angers
Agricultural engineer, I was graduated from ESA Angers (Higher education and research in agriculture, food science and markets) and ISARA Lyon in 2006 (engineering school in agricultural, food and environmental science). I specialized in rural development and project management. I soon turned towards local sourcing projects.
I’ve been the head of an association of local producers marketing their products over the Grand Lyon, which enabled me to follow the development of a company project and improve my knowledge of direct selling. This project was in line with social and solidarity economy, particularly as it intended to hire salaried people in reintegration to work on logistics.
I’ve been working for BLEZAT consulting since 2010 where I use my experience to support local sourcing projects including in institutional catering. I also advise authorities on territorial projects thus alternating between “project” and “field” plans.
Being specialized in local sourcing is to be generalist! Paradoxically these systems said to be “local” require a thorough knowledge of several ingredients from real estate to selling going through transformation, market research, business plan… That’s what motivates me!
